Some restaurants are offering one vegan holiday menu while others offer options to create your own holiday meal combination. Most restaurants also offer a gluten free option.
Café Flora’s (Madison Valley) holiday menú has several vegan options including Hoppin’ John Fritters with Cayenne Aioli (serves 2, $16), Smoky Collard Greens (serves 2, $12), Berbere Lentil Soup (serves 2, $12), Marinated Tofu Scramble (serves 2, $12), Flora’s Mushroom Gravy ($12), Take and Bake Rosemary Biscuits (4-pack, $10), Take and Bake Cinnamon Rolls (8-pack mini cinnamon rolls, $15), Peppermint Dark Chocolate Brownie Bites (8-pack brownie bites, $15), Take and Bake Walnut Currant Scones (6-pack, $12), and Boozy Vegan Eggnog ($12). Sage & Cinder
Sage & Cinder’s (Mukilteo) holiday menu includes gluten free, soy free and nut free options. Holiday Cheeseboard for $78 that serves 4-6 people. Three entrees include Maple sage roasted delicata squash halved and stuffed with creamy kale, dried cranberries, wild rice and topped with parmesan. (Serves 2-4 people, $18), Wellington stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, carrots and lentils and served with cranberry compote (serves 3-4 people, $24), Single plate sampler includes the sausage stuffing in a small delicata squash boat, mashed potatoes with gravy, mac and cheese, roasted carrots and a side salad ($17, gluten free $20). There are several sides ($10 – $23) and a Pumpkin pie ($15) and Chai spiced purple sweet potato cheesecake with a chai spice chocolate ganache and a pecan maple crust for dessert ($25).

Tommyknocker’s Cornish Pasty’s (Port Townsend) has a vegan Christmas Eve dinner for $38 per person and includes Soup (Roasted Red Dog Farm Winter Squash Bisque with Crostini), Appetizer (Mandarin Orange Salad with Dried Cranberries, Toasted Pecans, Mixed Greens, Citrus Champagne Vinaigrette), Entrée (Vegetable Wellington with Yukon Gold and Sweet Potato Au Gratin and Roasted Vegetables), and Dessert (Chocolate Raspberry Pudding).
