January 7, 2021

5pm-6:30pm – Winter Citrus Marmalades cooking class at PCC Communtiy Markets. Live demo class taught via Zoom. Cost $40.

January 12, 2021

5pm-6pm – Cultured Dairy-free Yogurt cooking class at PCC Community Markets. – Live demo class taught via Zoom featuring vegan yogurts made with coconut, nut and seed milks. Cost: $30.

January 21, 2021

5pm-6pm – Hearty Vegan Soups and Stews cooking class at PCC Community Markets. Live demo class taught via Zoom featuring Roasted Tomato and Quinoa Soup and Pumpkin-Coconut Soup with Curry Leaves. Cost: $30.

January 26, 2021

4pm-5:30pm – Flavors of India: Poori Aloo hands-on cook along cooking class at PCC Community Markets. Class is taught via Zoom. Cost: $40.

5pm-6pm – Virtual author talk and cooking demo with Hsiao-Ching Chou, award-winning food journalist & cooking instructor, to discuss her newest cookbook Vegetarian Chinese Soul Food. Author talk & demo is free. Sign up for talk and purchase book at Book Larder Bookstore’s website.

5pm-6pm – Dairy-free Cheese Workshop demo cooking class at PCC Community Markets. Class is taught via Zoom. Cost: $30.
