Pagliacci’s has several vegan options. The traditional pizza crust, and both the tomato sauce and olive oil bases are vegan. Vegan cheese is one of their many pizza topping options. A vegan meat topping is Field Roast Sausage. For dessert they have a vegan raspberry and lemon sorbet from Gelatiamo. The Sicilian Chicken Salad can be made vegan by ordering the salad without cheese and chicken.
