PCC Markets Vegan Cooking Classes – November 2021

PCC Markets have a large selection of vegan friendly cooking classes each month.

11/8/21 @ 4 pm – A Plant-Based Thanksgiving

Online demo class taught via Zoom. The menu includes Roasted Vegetable Nut Loaf with Cashew Béchamel, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Roasted Garlic and Basil Dressing, and Apple Maple Tarte Tatin. Price is $30.

11/8/21 @ 5 pm – Celebrating Fall Vegetables

Online demo class taught via Zoom. The menu includes PNW Slaw with Fennel and Apples, and Roasted Delicata Squash and Kale Salad. Price is $30.

11/14/21 @ 3pm – In-Person: 2 Day Sourdough Workshop @ Green Lake Village

In-person, hands-on class taught at Green Lake Village location on both 11/14/21 and 11/15/21. The class menu includes Country Sourdough, and Sourdough Waffles. Price is $150.

11/15/21 @ 5pm – Mindful Eating for Stress Relief

Hands-on cooking class taught via Zoom.  Menu includes Lentil Bolognese with Oven-Baked Yams, Citrus-Fueled Rocket Salad, and Baked Pears with Cinnamon-Cashew Cream. Price is $40.

11/17/21 @ 6pm – In-Person: Festive Vegan Feast with Pasado’s Safe Haven @ Edmonds PCC

In-person class taught at Edmond’s PCC Market. The menu includes Holiday Roast, Mushroom Gravy, Green Bean Casserole, and Apple Rose Tarts. The price of the class is $75 and a portion will go to Pasado’s Safe Haven.

11/29/21 @ 5pm – The Amazing Chickpea

Online demo class taught via Zoom. The menu includes Curried Chickpea Soup, Chickpea Sweet Potato Sliders, and Aquafaba Mayonnaise. Price is $30.
