This year most restaurants are offering take out dinners that need to be pre-ordered and then picked up on Thanksgiving Day or the day before. Café Flora is offering in person vegan Thanksgiving dining.

Allyum

Allyum, vegan restaurant in West Seattle, has several a la carte and pie options for Thanksgiving. Pre-orders are required before November 22 with pickup dates on Wednesday, November 24 and Thursday, November 25.

Each a la carte item serves up to six people. A la carte items include Caramelized Onion Dip & Chips ($20), Deviled Yukons ($20), Cheese Ball & Crackers ($20). Dessert options include Spiced Apple Pie ($35) and Pumpkin Pie ($35). They are also considering adding a main course option if there is enough demand.

Allyum is closing at the end of 2021 so this would be a great way to support and get some good vegan food.

Cafe Flora

Café Flora, vegetarian restaurant in Madison Valley, is having their 30th annual Thanksgiving. They have dine-in option with both indoor and outdoor dining options. They do not have a takeout option this year. They have limited seating with reservation slots from 1 pm to 5 pm on Thanksgiving Day. Make sure to make reservations as soon as possible. They ask people to call (206) 325-9100 to make reservations.

The dinner is $75 for adults and $25 per child under 12 years old. Café Flora is a vegetarian restaurant and has vegan options for each course. All the vegan options are also gluten-free.

The vegan starter option is Cauliflower Cashew Bisque with Micro greens and Savory Buckwheat Crackers. The vegan salad option is Radicchio, Frisee and Belgian Endive tossed with Pomegranate, Persimmon, Candied Hazelnuts and Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette. The vegan entrée is Pumpkin Risotto Cakes with Spiced Heirloom Carrot Sauce. Side dish options include Yukon and Purple Potato Mash with Flora’s Signature Mushroom Gravy, Braised Kohlrabi and Red Cabbage, Miso Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Green Beans, or Cranberry Bramley Apple Chutney. The vegan dessert is Pumpkin Pie with Coconut Whip.

The kid’s Thanksgiving menu includes Cauliflower Tots with House Made Ranch Dressing for the starter. A salad with Iceberg Lettuce, Apples, Grapes, Pecans, Pomegranate, and Orange with a Creamy Pumpkin Dressing. The entree is Shepherd’s Pie filled with Roasted squash, Root Vegetables and Creamy Mushroom Gravy topped with Whipped Potatoes; served with Crispy Shallots, Green Beans and Apple Cranberry Chutney. The vegan dessert is Pumpkin Pie with Coconut Whip.

Flora Bakehouse

The Flora Bakehouse, a vegetarian bakery from owners of Cafe Flora, has a vegan and gluten-free Pumpkin Pie for $40. The pie needs to be pre-ordered and the pickup date is Wednesday, November 24.

Flying Apron

Flying Apron is a vegan café and bakery in West Seattle with a food pickup location in Fremont. They have vegan Thanksgiving options at both Fremont and West Seattle. Everything at Flying Apron is both gluten-free and vegan. You need to pre-order by Saturday, November 20 for pick-up on Tuesday, November 23 or Wednesday, November 24. The West Seattle location also has pickup options on Monday, November 22.

Menu options include Dutch Apple Pie ($38), Pecan Pie ($45), Pumpkin Pie ($38), Sweet Pie Shells ($10), 6-pk Brioche Rolls ($8), 6-pk Garlic Herb Brioche Rolls ($8), 5-pk Pecan Sticky Buns ($24), and 5-pk Cinnamon Rolls ($24).

Plum Bistro

Plum Bistro, vegan restaurant in Capitol Hill, has both vegan dinner and pie options for Thanksgiving. Order ahead for pie pickup on Wednesday, November 24 and dinner pickup on Thursday, November 25.

The Thanksgiving dinner is $150 and is for four people. The dinner includes Mesquite Smoked Maple Glazed Holiday Roast, Cornbread Stuffing, Mac & Yease, Mesquite Bacon Brussels, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, and a choice of Salted Caramel Apple or Sweet Yam & Pumpkin Pie.

Vegan pie options include Salted Caramel Apple Pie ($18), Sweet Yam & Pumpkin Pie ($18), Pumpkin Pecan Praline Cheesecake Pie ($23).

Quickie Too Café

Quickie Too, vegan restaurant in Tacoma, has a Thanksgiving Dinner for two people for $70. The dinner includes Smoked Seitan or Fried Seitan for entrée. For dessert you can choose from a Pecan or Pumpkin Pie. Sides includes Green Bean Casserole, Cornbread Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Candied Yams and a Bread Bag. A selection of sides can be purchased a la carte.

The dinner needs to be pre-ordered by Monday, November 22. Pick up is available on Wednesday, November 24 or Thursday, November 25.

Veggie Grill

Veggie Grill, vegan restaurant in Downtown Seattle & University District, has a Holiday Feast for 4 people for $75. The meal includes Butternut Squash & Sage Soup, Turkey Wellington with Walnut Mushroom Stuffing, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Porcini Mushroom Gravy, Green Beans with Everything Bagel Butter, and Cranberry Sauce. A Carrot Cake tray with 8-10 servings can be added for $22 or a Chocolate Spiced Pumpkin Cake tray with 8 pieces can be added for $25. Viva Tacoma

Viva Tacoma, Tacoma vegan restaurant, has a vegan Thanksgiving Dinner for $40 for one person, $75 for two people. The dinner needs to be pre-ordered and will be available for pickup on Wednesday, November 24.        

The dinner includes Stuffed Squash, Garlicky Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Baked Mac & Cheese, Cheese Rolls, and Apple Pie Cheesecake or Pumpkin Dulce de Leche Cheesecake.
