Pasado’s Safe Haven Sanctuary

Pasado’s Safe Haven offers vegan cooking classes onsite and with partnership with PCC Markets.

April 9 @ 10am – Childhood Favorites

In person cooking class at the sanctuary. Menu features Beyond Meatloaf, Mac & Cheese, Milk & Cookies (includes selection of plants milks). $70.

April 2 @ 11 am – Mastering Vegan Bao (Green Lake)

In person, hands-on cooking class at the Green Lake Village PCC location. Menu features Homemade Bao Dough, Steamed Vegan Bao, and Smashed Cucumber Pickle with Garlic. $80.

April 7 @ 5pm – Wrap It Up: Gluten-Free Quesadillas (Online)

Online demo cooking class. Menu features Homemade Gluten-Free Tortillas, Coconut Sour Cream, Smoky Root Vegetable Filling, and Jalapeno, Spinach & Artichoke Filling. $30.

April 7 @ 6pm – Plant-Based Favorites with Pasado’s Safe Haven & PCC (Green Lake)

In person demo cooking class at the Green Lake Village PCC location. Menu features Beyond Mom’s Meatloaf, Sloppy Joe’s, and Vegan Rice Crispy Treats. $75.

April 8 @ 6 pm – Mastering Vegan Bao (Edmonds)

In person, hands-on cooking class at the Edmonds PCC location. Menu features Homemade Bao Dough, Steamed Vegan Bao, and Smashed Cucumber Pickle with Garlic. $80.

April 12 @ 5pm – The Flavors of Ethiopia (Online)

Online cook along class. Menu features Atir Kik (Yellow Split Pea Stew), Difin Misir (Green Lentil Stew), Carrot be Denech (Carrot and Potato Stir-fry), and Injera. $40.
