July 9 @ 10 am to 12:30 pm – Southern Vegan Cooking Class

Cooking class menu includes Vegan Fried Chick’n, Fried Green Tomatoes, Cornbread Waffles, and Peach Cobbler. Class is $50 and includes a 45-minute tour of the sanctuary. More info and register.

The World of Hot Sauces

Learn to ferment, infuse, and pickle seasonal produce and make mild, medium, and spicy hot sauces. This hands on cooking class will make Classic Fresno Chili Siracha, Chile Oat Crisp with Chinese 5-spice, and Tomato Achaar (Indian Spiced Tomator-Chile Sauce). $80
