- Asparagus-miso risotto cakes in a spiced lemongrass sauce with Oxbow Farm kabocha-acorn squash smash, maitake and shimeji mushrooms, pickled star fruit, and local micro nasturtium.

Harvest Beat
Harvest Beat, in Wallingford, has a 5-course special occasion vegan dinner. They’re not open on Valentine’s Day but is open Thursday through Sunday before Valentine’s Day if you’re celebrating early. Dinner is $135 with wine pairing and $123 with non-alcoholic pairing.

Pasado’s Safe Haven
Pasado’s Safe Haven is having a Sanctuary & Sweets walk on February 11th. The event includes a tour of the sanctuary and vegan sweets and treats. There are multiple tours throughout the day from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. The cost is $35 for adults, kids ages 4-13 is $10, and free for kids 3 and under.
