Interactive cooking class at Pasado’s Safe Haven Sanctuary with Chef Amy Webster. Event includes a sanctuary tour.
Menu features Beefy Lasagna with Tofu Ricotta, Caprese Salad with Vegan Mozzarella, and Milk & Cookies. Class includes tasting samples of:
- Vegan proteins including TVP, tempeh, and packaged vegan meats
- Vegan cheeses including homemade and packaged products
- Plant-based milks with homemade chocolate chip cookies
