Indian Vegan Street Foods Cooking Class

In-person, 3 hour cooking class taught by Vandana Shah at a Dash of Soy Culinary School. The menu features:
- Dabeli (toasted buns with spiced potato and chutneys)
- Pani Puri (stuffed crispy shell bathed in flavored water)
- Imali, Gud, and Khajoor Ki (tamarind, jaggery, and date) Chutney
- Dhaniya and Fudina (cilantro and mint) Chutney
- Lasun (garlic) Chutney
- Vegan Mango Lassi
