Indian Vegan Street Foods Cooking Class

In-person, 3 hour cooking class taught by Vandana Shah at a Dash of Soy Culinary School. The menu features:

  • Dabeli (toasted buns with spiced potato and chutneys)
  • Pani Puri (stuffed crispy shell bathed in flavored water)
  • Imali, Gud, and Khajoor Ki (tamarind, jaggery, and date) Chutney
  • Dhaniya and Fudina (cilantro and mint) Chutney
  • Lasun (garlic) Chutney
  • Vegan Mango Lassi
