Cinnaholic has a Irish Cream Roll for St. Patrick’s Day. The Irish Cream Roll is made with Irish cream frosting, green sprinkles, Biscoff, cookie crumbles, and coffee dust. Available only until St. Patrick’s Day.

Frankie & Jo’s has three plant-based ice cream flavors for March.
For the Love of Lemon Ice Cream, a coconut milk ice cream made with lemon juice, zest, vanilla, lemon curd and chunks of lemon shortbread cookies.
Carrot Cake Ice Cream, coconut milk ice cream made with swirls of nuttercream frosting, pieces of spiced carrot cake, and pineapple-ginger jam.
Matcha Mint Ice Cream, a coconut milk ice cream made with green matcha mint ice cream with Tea Bar (Portland tea shop), and pieces of chocolate shell.

Mighty-O Donuts has a St. Patrick’s Day donut available March 17-19. It’s a cake donut with vanilla glaze and organic green sprinkles.

Lavender Matcha Latte, a latte made with matcha powder and lavender syrup.

Salt & Straw has a Cereal-sly Delicious Series including a vegan OffLimits™ Zombie with Coconut & Pandan Ice Cream. This flavor is made with OffLimits™ Zombie Pandan cereal in a buttery glaze with ice cream flavored with coconut and muscovado (subtly smokey dark brown sugar) with ribbons of pandan swirl.

Trophy Cupcake
Trophy Cupcakes has a Vegan Thin Mint Cupcake made with Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookie baked into the bottom of their vegan Valrhona Chocolate cake and filled with vegan mint “buttercream” and dipped in vegan chocolate ganache and topped with festive vegan sprinkles. The cupcake is available the entire month of March.
