Lazy Cow Vegan Bakery has a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds to open a physical storefront location and Latinx Community Center in the University District.
Restaurant Re-openings
Life on Mars re-opened on March 31st. They have outdoor seating as a dining option.
Cycle Dogs will be opening at their new location at the old No Bones location on April 14th.

Shewa-Ber is a new Ethiopian restaurant, in the Central District, with a large vegetarian and vegan menu.
Kamakura is a new Japanese restaurant with a vegan sushi menu.

Frankie & Jo’s has three new ice cream flavors for April: Guava Cake, Rhubarb Almond Tart, and Rooibus Tea & Cookies.
Mighty-O Donut’s April specials are a Lavender Cold Foam Chai drink and a Carrot Cake donut.

Razzi’s has a huge vegan menu. They have a monthly special and coupons that change each month. Their current monthly special is a free dessert with purchase of a large pizza.
